My roles have spanned several functions with a consistent focus on customer trust, including content and product policy management, user-generated content moderation, listings management, customer support, software development program management, and technical QA.

I’ve delivered significant process improvements, scaled complex business functions, managed multi-million dollar budgets, eased high-tension stakeholder collaboration, and measurably improved employee satisfaction.
